The Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) recognizes CERMO-FC as an institutional center. Thanks to this gratefulness, CERMO-FC is making educational relief available through a competition for its UQAM members.
The objective of this competition is thus to allow UQAM professors who are members of CERMO-FC to devote more time to their research activities, thus increasing their scientific productivity and their competitiveness in biomedical and biopharmaceutical research.

Eligibility
- The candidate must be a member of CERMO-FC and a regular professor at UQAM
- Each candidate can receive a maximum of 1 full allowance
- The recipient is expected to contribute to the functioning of the Center, for example as a member of scholarship/grant evaluation committees, or a jury of student presentations.
- Canada research chair holders and FRQ-S scholarship holders are not eligible
Selection criteria
- Scientific quality and relevance of the research project in connection with the mission of CERMO-FC
- Contribution to the advancement of the candidate’s research
- Excellence of the candidate’s research file
- Demonstrated need for relief

- Curriculum vitae of all researchers making the request, Canadian Common CV format (CIHR, CRSNG, or FRQ).
